RT1 Integrated Robotic Cell

The RT1 Integrated Robotic Cell is built to maximize uptime with a dual-station indexing table. While the robot welds on one side, operators can safely load and unload parts on the other, keeping production moving and reducing idle time.

Powered by the FANUC ARC Mate 100iD, this 6-axis robot delivers reliable arc welding with a 12 kg payload and 1,441 mm reach. The grid tabletop supports common modular fixturing systems, allowing for flexible setups and fast changeovers.

An intuitive touchscreen HMI simplifies operation and reduces training time. Built-in arc-flash protection and light curtains improve operator safety. With an industrial PC and Allen-Bradley controls, the system integrates cleanly into existing production lines.
