Large Format Dual Headstock Tailstock

Kinetic’s Large Format Dual Headstock–Tailstock Positioners are built to increase throughput in demanding welding applications. With dual-station operation and automated shielding curtains, operators can load and unload parts on one station while welding continues on the other, reducing idle time and cycle delays.

Powered by the FANUC M-710iC/12L, the system provides a 48″ × 120″ work envelope with coordinated motion, allowing for consistent welding of large and complex parts.

A dual touchscreen HMI simplifies operation and reduces training time. Arc-flash protection and light curtains improve safety, while an industrial PC with Allen-Bradley controls ensures reliable integration into existing production environments.
